How does this platform work?
This platform allows citizens to send a request for a home collection by filling out an online form that details :
The name and address of the citizen;
The precise list of items to be collected;
As well as several information about the collection.
Within 6 to 8 weeks, citizens are contacted by phone or email to inform them of the date of the home collection.
This online form allows us to reduce the number of calls and thus improve the efficiency of our collection service. The new platform has been tested since February and it is working very well!
