Strategic plan

The strategic approach encourages elected officials to focus their efforts on directions, objectives, major issues and an action plan for the community while keeping in mind the community's goals. Once they have identified a vision of planning and sustainable development shared with the population and identified the main targets, they can define the strategic options and the main lines of the plan of attack to achieve these targets.

Following several meetings and public consultations, the Municipality of Ayer’s Cliff adopted, at the regular meeting of April 2, 2024, the brand new 2024-2028 Strategic development plan, thereby replacing the old one. We are proud to present it to you!
