Contract award

In conformity with Article 961.3 of the Municipal Code, it is the duty of the Municipality to publish and update, on the Internet, a list of the contracts that it concludes and that involve an expenditure of at least $25,000 (excluding employment contracts).

It is also his duty to publish the list of all contracts involving an expenditure exceeding $ 2,000 entered into the last complete fiscal year preceding that date with the same contractors if those contracts involve a total expenditure exceeding $ 25,000, according to the article 961.4 of the Municipal code.
