Potential heronry site – Draft by-law 2024-04 aims to add to the urban plan that potential heronry sites are a development concern for the municipality and that it also wishes to identify this type of territory in the territories of particular ecological interest, in compliance with the revised land use and sustainable development plan of the Memphrémagog MRC. Draft by-law 2024-05 aims to identify a potential heronry site and to ensure its protection and continuity through standards governing tree cutting, construction and man-made works.

The purpose of the public consultation is to hear from individuals and organizations who wish to express their views ont the subject.
